Project src-zip-platform

Builds NetBeans Platform from source ZIP file. Right now the build:

1. Downloads the netbeans-trunk-nightly-XYZ-platform-src.zip file
2. Unzips it
3. ant build-platform
4. At the end the build also creates a ZIP file with: ant zip-cluster-config -Dcluster.config=platform
