	Changes Update QA test rails project to use rspec 2.x syntax since we now ship rspec 2.x (detail / hgweb) Only 1.8 version of datadir.rb has continued string on it (detail / hgweb) render_template long long removed from rails (1.0). Also several Rails modules now have a non-deprecated render_template method (detail / hgweb)
