Project push-jet-main

Propagates data from jet-main team repository to main-silver repository. Does necessary merges, performs build, runs tests and if everything is OK, pushes the changes to the main-silver repository. Needs to be triggered manually by Build Now and can succeed only only if downstream builder is stable.
